Carol
Carol has been teaching yoga for several years and has experience in areas such as pre-natal, seniors, and kids. She is proud to be part of a very active family, teaching along side her husband Paul, and her daughter Brooklyn. Aside from teaching yoga, strength, dance and cycle classes, Carol likes to attend festivals, make homemade soaps, bath salts and sprays, and enjoys a weekly Scrabble date with her husband.
Paul
Paul teaches Hatha yoga with his wife, Carol, on Saturdays at 10 AM at The Monon Community Center. Paul got into teaching yoga after meeting Carol and taking her classes, where he quickly learned that yoga can make a person less prone to injury (e.g. on the weight room floor) by increasing flexibility and strength.

| Brooklyn |
Brooklyn lives in Indianapolis, where she was born, with her two fellas, Mike and Loki (the dog). When she's not teaching yoga, she's working as an auditor for a supply chain consulting firm, or working on a poetry project. Over the past few years, yoga has helped Brooklyn to really hone in on the present tense and she considers "living in the moment" the greatest lesson of her practice, as well as the overarching theme in her role as an instructor. She also enjoys baking and decorating cakes, antique shopping, swimming in lakes, going to concerts, watching classic films, and contemplating motherhood (with the help of her baby, who, despite being still in the womb, has plenty to say on the matter so far).
Brooklyn is a published poet. Check out her book "Siphon-Harbor" at the following link:
